These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in events organized by Pub Crawl Brno. By making a booking on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Contract with Pub Crawl Brno
Your contract is formed at the moment of booking. Pub Crawl Brno reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. The contract and all matters arising from it are subject to Czech law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts. Only the management of Pub Crawl Brno has the authority to vary these Terms or approve any refunds.
2. Payment & Cancellations
- Payment: All bookings must be paid in full in advance or as specified on the website.
- Cancellations by the Client:
- Cancellation up to 4 calendar days before the event: full refund.
- Cancellation 3 calendar days or less before the event or no-show: no refund (100% cancellation / storno fee).
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.
3. Changes to Bookings
Any changes requested by the Client must be made in writing (e.g., by email). Pub Crawl Brno will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.
4. Changes or Cancellations by Us
While we aim to operate all events as advertised, circumstances (e.g., venue issues, safety concerns, or insufficient participants) may require changes. Pub Crawl Brno reserves the right to:
- Modify itineraries or services with a comparable alternative.
- Cancel an event if absolutely necessary. If we cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative, a full refund will be issued.
- Minimum group size: events may not run if fewer than 6 participants are booked.
5. Responsibility & Safety
- Participation in our tours involves alcohol consumption and nightlife activities. All Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, behavior, and belongings.
- Pub Crawl Brno accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from excessive drinking, risky behavior, or non-compliance with Czech laws.
- We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance.
6. Age & Identification
- Participants must be of legal drinking age in the Czech Republic (18 years).
- Valid photo identification may be required by venues. No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to a lack of ID.
7. Conduct & Czech Laws
- All participants must comply with Czech laws, venue rules, and instructions from Pub Crawl Brno staff.
- Any Client who causes danger, damage, or serious disruption may be removed from the event immediately without refund. The Client will be responsible for any damages or costs caused by their actions.
8. Health & Fitness
Clients must ensure they are fit to participate. If you have a medical condition, disability, or special requirement, you must notify Pub Crawl Brno at the time of booking. Failure to disclose may result in exclusion without refund.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint during the event, you must notify the tour leader immediately so the issue can be addressed. Complaints not raised during the event cannot be considered later. For an Independent tour, written complaints must be submitted within 5 days of the event.
10. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Pub Crawl Brno may use such media for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) without further approval or compensation. If you do not wish to appear in photos/videos, please inform the guide at the start of the tour.
11. Trademarks
All names, logos, and designs associated with Pub Crawl Brno are the property of Pub Crawl Brno and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Final Provisions
- Participation is void where prohibited by law.
- These Terms are published in English for convenience. In case of dispute, the Czech version prevails.
- By booking, you confirm you are of legal drinking age, fit to participate, and accept full responsibility for your participation.
